With this Toolless RJ45 Plug from Intellinet Network Solutions, there is no need for a crimping tool. Simply strip about 15 mm off the cable, select either T568A or B wiring style, place the wires in the corresponding colourcoded slot and close the boot onto the cable. When the boot is closed over the IDC connectors, it pushes the wires into place and makes the connection.
